Please Note: To apply, the child must be a resident of Singapore and aged 2 - 12 years old (including Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and Holders of Student's Pass, Dependent Pass, or Long Term Visit Pass).

Please allow 10 business days for delivery of membership card. This card will be mailed to the applicant's address via post.
