    You can purchase tickets either on this website or you may purchase tickets for the DUCKtours ride at our BIG BUS & DUCK Hub, located at Suntec City Tower 2, #01-K8. Please note that seats are subject to availability.
    On the day of your tour, present your e-Receipt and redeem your boarding ticket at the BIG BUS & DUCK Hub. Guests are advised to check in 30 minutes before your boarding time.

    The DUCKtours with English commentary operate daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with departures on the hour (e.g 10:00 am, 11:00 am, etc.). Tours with Mandarin commentary are available in the afternoon at 3:30 pm, 4:30 pm, and 5:30 pm.

    Please be informed that DUCKtours operates rain or shine, and rides will continue in wet weather. However, in cases of low visibility or lightning risk, the ride may be delayed or suspended.     For rescheduling, please Contact Us at least one working day in advance of your departure. Kindly note that if you are late for your tour for any reason, it will be considered a no-show.     Unfortunately DUCKtours is not wheelchair accessible, as boarding and alighting from the DUCK requires climbing a flight of 6 steps. If you are able to climb the steps with assistance, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that wheelchairs cannot be brought onboard the DUCK.

    We are unable to accommodate strollers and luggage on board our DUCKs. During the pre-boarding process, our team will advise you on where to leave your strollers. Please note that these items will be placed in a public area. While we will do our best to keep an eye on them, we strongly advise against leaving any valuables behind, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing items
